The Gold Pan Saloon's "Local Stash" dinner series highlights local breweries in a paired five course dinner. A local favorite, the historic Gold Pan Saloon was established in 1879 on Main St in Breckenridge. The second of the series will feature Frisco-based Outer Range brewery with courses like Citrus Glazed Pork paired with "In the Steep" IPA.
Course 1: "Bread and Beer" brown bread, whipped butter. "Long Way Home" - Red Ale - Belgian
Course 2: "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" - Italian meatball, Moroccan lamb meatball, Spanish chorizo style meatball. "Luminous Flux" - Blond Ale - Belgian
Course 3: "Crispy Snapper" - sticky rice, curry broth, beech mushrooms. Grisette
Course 4: "Citrus Glazed Pork Tenderloin" - confit smashed potato, watercress, citrus. "In the Steep" - IPA - New England
